• Includes CSAM, explicit adult content, extremist or hateful content;
• Promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activities;
• Harasses, doxxes, or targets individuals or groups;
• Attempts to bypass safeguards, re-identify individuals, or exploit vulnerabilities;
• Distributes malware, spam, or engages in fraud and deception.
