Deleting your Noer Account

How to delete your account

Sign in and open your account settings. The option is at the bottom of the page, under “Danger zone”. We email a confirmation code to the address on the account before anything is deleted, so you will need access to that mailbox.

What deletion does

• Your account stops working immediately, everywhere. You are signed out of every Noer product and cannot sign in again.
• Your email address, name and password are erased, along with your linked Google and Apple sign-in records.
• Your uploaded and generated content, your job history and any public share links are removed. Stored files are erased from our storage shortly afterwards.
• Any remaining Noer Credits are forfeited. They have no cash value and cannot be refunded or transferred.
• Purchase and credit records we are required to keep for accounting and tax are retained, with the personal information stripped out of them. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no grace period and no way to restore an account once it is deleted.

If you cannot sign in

If you have lost access to your account or to the email address on it, write to legal@noer.tech from the address you signed up with, or tell us enough to identify the account. We will verify the request before acting on it, and we will confirm to you when the deletion is done.

Removing Noer’s access from your Google or Apple account stops future sign-ins, but it does not delete your Noer Account or the data held under it.
