Refund & Cancellation Policy

We sell credit packs that can be spent in the product. If your purchase was made by mistake or you are not satisfied, you may request a refund under the rules below.

1. Refund eligibility

• Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
• If any credits were spent, refunds may be prorated or declined.
• Fraud, abuse or policy violations void refund eligibility.

2. How to request

Email support@noer.tech from your account email and include: order ID, reason, and any relevant details. We typically respond within 7 business days.

3. Subscriptions

When subscriptions become available, you will be able to cancel anytime; access remains until the end of the paid period.

4. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Paddle. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method where possible and may take several business days to appear on your statement.
