Terms of Use

1. Use of the service

You may use the service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

2. Accounts

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. We may suspend or restrict accounts where necessary to protect the service or enforce policies.

3. Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 13 years old — or older, where the minimum age for consenting to online services in your country is higher.

Noer is a general-audience service and is not directed at children. If we learn that an account belongs to someone below that age, we may close it.

4. Paid services

Some parts of Noer may require payment, subscriptions, or credits. One Noer Account can be used across several Noer products, and credits belong to the product they were bought for: a balance is held per product, is spent only in that product, and is neither combined with nor transferred to another product's balance. Viswap Credits, for example, can be used only in Viswap. Different products may use different amounts of credits for their features. Credits are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value. Billing may be processed through third-party providers under their own terms.

If a payment is later reversed, refunded, or charged back after some or all of the related credits have been used, we may remove any credits still remaining from that purchase. Any such adjustment applies to the balance the purchase funded, and not to a balance for another product. If the reversed amount is more than the credits remaining from it, that balance may have an outstanding credit obligation. While that obligation is unresolved, paid features of that product may be unavailable; other products are unaffected. You keep access to your account, your settings, and your history.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with operations, attempt unauthorized access, violate applicable laws, or use the platform in ways prohibited by our policies.

6. Intellectual property

The service, platform design, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to DevCave Technologies L.L.C-FZ, except where otherwise stated.

7. Third-party services

Noer may integrate with third-party providers. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
